We strive to offer a very high level of service. An example of service we offer our candidates is the opportunity to have your own Career Coach. We also offer a individual follow-up with the candidate in her/his new position after three months and one year (in addition to the follow-up made in connection with the candidate’s interview with the employer).
As an added service to our customers, we review their recruitment needs at least once a year. We also offer a individual follow-up three months after the new employee has taken her/his new position. Another example is our “Sounding Board Partner” concept, where we offer strategic advice and ideas on general personnel issues.
We have so far completed over 200 recruitments mostly within life sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology) etc. About 80% of our recruitment have been in Sweden and the additional 20% in the rest of Scandinavia.
